How Can headache Along With Body Pain Be Treated?

I had an accident at work today. A metal bar fell on my head causing a gash and a big egg on my head. I put ice on after I got the bleeding to stop. I don t think it needed stitches. They put ice packs on my head and I talked to a triage nurse who said I didn t need to go to the ER. I did not pass out and have not vomited. I just feel like every bone in my body aches, I have a headache and feel like I was hit by a bus. Is there anything I should look for to see if I have a concussion?

I can certainly understand your concern towards your headache, as i just want to make sure whether you had experienced any significant symptoms like loss of consciousness even for brief period, any bleed from ear , nose and mouth , even headache is significant, so I would suggest you to consult your doctor and get CT done.

In the meanwhile , you can take some NAXDOM for relief from headache, bodypains.
